Actress Zia Khan’s mother Rabia Khan has hit out at the Bombay High Court. The Bombay High Court has dismissed Rabia Khan’s plea for a fresh probe into Zia Khan’s alleged suicide case. During the hearing on the matter held on Monday, a division bench of Justice AS Gadkari and Justice MN Yadav said it had faith in the agency investigating the Zia Khan case.

Rabia Khan has alleged that Zia Khan’s boyfriend and actor Sooraj Pancholi persuaded her to commit suicide. 25-year-old Zia Khan was found hanging at her home in Mumbai on June 3, 2013.

Rabia makes serious allegations against Suraj
It should be noted that since the death of Zia Khan in 2013, the actress’s mother Rabia Khan has been making serious allegations against actor Sooraj Pancholi one after another. Suraj Pancholi is the son of actor Aditya Pancholi. Rabia accused Suraj of physically and mentally torturing Zia Khan. Rabia said the police could not find any evidence that her daughter Zia had committed suicide. Rabia alleged that her daughter was murdered.
According to reports, Bollywood actress Jiya Khan and Sooraj Pancholi were in a relationship for a long time. The police have registered a case of abetment of suicide against Suraj. He has also been arrested in this case. However, Suraj is off the vine at the moment.
