Why Shamshera Flop?

The film grossed only Rs 64 crores

Ranbir Kapoor’s Shamshera was directed by Karan Malhotra. Made on a budget of 150 crores, the film failed miserably at the box office. The film has only crossed 64 crore rupees. At the same time, this film was the top of Ranveer’s failed films. Apart from Ranveer, the film had Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in important roles.
