Ranveer revealed nude photos on social media in front of the police

If it is found that the picture has been tampered with, Ranveer Singh is likely to get a clean chit as the FIR was registered on this basis.

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has given important information before the Mumbai police in the nude photo shoot case. Based on this picture, the Mumbai Police registered an FIR against Ranveer Singh for obscenity on 26 July 2022. But now he claims that this particular photo is not part of the seven photos he uploaded on his Instagram account. This image is completely tampered with.

Ranveer raised questions about picture tampering

One of the pictures shared on social media, which was claimed to be part of actor Ranveer Singh’s “nude photoshoot” for New York-based Paper magazine. And in which her private parts were allegedly visible, she was morphed and did not belong to her. The actor gave this crucial information to the Mumbai Police in a statement recorded on August 29.

Ranveer did not upload that picture

On the basis of this photo, the Mumbai Police filed an FIR against Ranveer Singh on July 26 on charges of obscenity. Ranveer Singh has claimed that this particular picture is not part of the seven pictures uploaded on his Instagram account.

Ranveer Singh’s picture has been tampered with

According to sources, the police have now sent the photo to a forensic science laboratory to confirm whether it was tampered with. If it is found that the picture has been tampered with, Ranveer Singh might get a clean chit as an FIR was registered on the basis that his private parts were visible in one of the pictures.

Sources also said that the pictures uploaded by Ranveer Singh on his Instagram account do not come under the definition of obscenity, as no private parts are visible.

An official said, ‘In her statement she said the seven pictures she posted on Instagram were not obscene and she was wearing underwear. He said that the picture in which the complainant complained that her ‘private parts are visible’ was not part of the photo shoot. He gave us all the pictures taken during the photo shoot. The police team also checked his Instagram post, which did not contain the picture provided by the complainant.
