No run given in 12 balls, hat-trick, 73 century scorer also snared legend:- In a Division One match of the County Championship in England, Lancashire fast bowler George Balderson starred. Balderson scored a hat-trick against Essex.

In the second innings, the right-arm pacer took three wickets in three balls and eased the conditions for Essex. Essex needed 98 to win against Lancashire, but Balderson rattled the opposition’s top order.

Cook also suffered as a result of Balderson’s hat-trick
Balderson’s first victim in this hat-trick was Alastair Cook. Balderson passes the ball to Cook. Despite scoring 73 centuries in first-class matches, the legend could not respond to Balderson’s deliveries.

Dan Lawrence was then kicked out by Balderson. Lawrence caught Williams with a full toss. In his third over, Balderson bowled Matt Critchley for his third hat-trick.

Balderson’s viral video created a stir on social media. Balderson took a hat-trick in the first two overs and did not concede a run in 12 balls. Balderson’s season has been memorable with a hat-trick of 19 wickets in 10 matches.
